2000 k 1200 lt headlight issue

New member
a couple weeks ago the high beam indicator light came on and i realized i had no headlights other than parking bulb and piaa lamps so i went to get new bulbs at local dealer and when i was about to install the new bulbs the high beam indicator ceased and both high and low headlight worked another week now and high beam indicator came on again and lights do not work . has this happened to anyone and if so could you point me in the right direction to proceed thank you all for being you scott

When you lose both the high and low beam at the same time, and then they reappear to work again you can be almost certain you have a bad ground connection. Maybe at the bulb and maybe further down the ground side of the harness.
