Welcome to the forum! I don't think there is a centralized place to find out the previous owners. You would have to do some research using the title for the bike...that should give you the previous owner and with some luck, contacting them could give you additional information. You could try this email address to BMW and see what they say, which will only be where the bike was initially delivered:

info.grouparchiv@bmwgroup.com

If you plug your VIN into this website:

http://www.bmw-z1.com/VIN/VINdecode-e.cgi

you will find that the bike was built in January 1994.
