Engine Noise/Clutch noise '07 RT

have a 07 RT with 28K miles. I was out riding last week and started to hear some weird engine noise after riding about 140 miles. I was down shifting entering a small town and when in neutral I heard what seemed to be a raddle from the engine. I also noticed when heading down the mountain, I would put it in neutral going about 50 miles per hour and heard what I thought was the clutch spinning. I released the clutch and tried it again and the sound came back. If I held the clutch in long enough the sound disappeared as if the spinning stopped.

Any suggestion as to what the problem could be or multiple problems.
