My K1300 GT developed a miss after picking it up from the dealer for a tire change. Since I got gas on the way there and it was only a tire change, we figured it was a bad tank of gas. There are no fault codes and exhaust gas analysis tested fine. I’ve run 4-5 tanks of gas with injector cleaner and it’s improved a lot but still happens, mostly it seems at other than highway speeds. I’ve discovered that when the miss starts, a quick rev to 9000 rpm (with clutch disengaged of course!) instantly clears it up. This is unnerving having full power cut in and out on a curvy road!
