Best Rest Cycle Pump on car tire?

Helping a friend and am wondering if anyone's used that pump on a car tire...I suppose the issue is volume and not pressure. Any real world experience? (Before I try)

It will take a while but unlike most other pumps it isn't plastic and won't melt.
