I'm off today at noon from Minnesota to Champain IL; can anybody update me on weather or road construction heading into Wisconsin (I-90) or Northern Illinois outside of Iindianapolis? The "offical"weatherman said I might get soaked from Champain IL to the National, but open to anyone who may know better here...
