This sign is in my garage and was found near the White Sands Test Facility Rocket Sled Track.
They had these all around until they found that visitors could not calculate that speed out. The eggheads thought it was clever!
Big Four Ice Cave's Picnic area. A 5 mph speed limit sign on a walking path , I guess that being out in the great outdoors get's people perky. I think I even saw where a patrol was standing behind a tree with his speed gun.
