Radio control buttons

Last night while riding my 16 r1200rt I pushed the radio power button and felt something strange. The entire button assembly moved with my push and feels like something inside has broken or come apart. Anyone out there ever experienced this problem and what was the solution? Just checking before I take this thing apart to troubleshoot.

Yes. i have a 2014 RT. The day before a big trip I had the same experience. I removed the left body panel to see what was going on. The assembly the buttons are mounted on is glued to the small upper body panel. If you take off the side body panel, you'll see where it came loose. A couple of drops of super glue and a clamp and I was back in business. I took everything apart so I could repair it on my work bench, but it probably wasn't necessary. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply, looks like what I am going to do.
