previous MOA National Rally site locations

In order to participate in the 50 Million Miles data collection effort I want to refer to the rallies I've attended over the years. I've looked and cannot find a listing of all the MOA National Rally site locations. The only one I can find is on the back of the tank top I got at the Bloomsburg rally in 2011 ("the hot one"). Can anyone point me to a listing of all the MOA Rally locations other than my tired tank top?

Wow! Someone was reading my mind this morning.
I was going to look up Hamburg, that's when I got a new battery so now I know it's 5 1/2 yrs. old.
