Been riding on and off for many of my younger years, but started consistently in 2007. Recently retired so more time now. My 2016 RT checks all the boxes for me as I am not interested in off-road or dirt road adventures. I've owned 3 HD touring bikes and two Yamaha FJR 1300 sport tourers. My RT is by far my favorite for a variety of reasons. I finally decided to join the BMW MOA. Been listening to a couple of MOA podcasts and enjoy those a lot. Age here is 67, quickly approaching 68. I would like to hook-up with some local BMW riders, but seems we are a scattered species.
Ride Safe! Joe

Welcome Joe, from the Tennessee River valley!

If you’ve finally found the bike you’ll appreciate for many more Miles in retirement, then we’re happy you’ve joined our MOA club! :thumb

I suggest you dig into the online Anonymous Book under South Carolina. Might find a riding buddy not too far from Pawleys Island.

Hope U managed to attend the 50th MOA International Rally since Doswell, VA isn’t very far on spiffy RT... Then again, maybe we’ll cross paths next June in Redmond, Oregon! :brow
