Mono lever toolbox

Hello,
Working on my RT conversion and am stumped on the toolbox mount at the front, it drops down. The parts fiche shows a rubber piece but not sure how it fits or if I’m looking for the correct part. Can anyone post a picture of the correct configuration?
Thanks,
Doug

Here's two photos. The first one is the back side of the rubber piece. The big center hole fits on the metal dowel piece. The second photo is it attached to the bike. I hope it helps.

The rubber plug is what I thought needed, just no place to mount it. Blue tape is the fuse box. Year of the RT is 1993. I’m thinking that something was modified in the past or a part was removed.

I am missing the round rubber thing pictured in previous the picture of the bottom front of the tool box shows area that drops down Over rubber thing.
P.S. my tool box works just fine without rubber thing
If you turn stuff you can see the small 1/2 collar that drops down of rubber thing

Thanks to all who have replied. After more research it appears that the tang with the rubber mount was changed/deleted after 1990. The fuse box was placed where the tang is located on the pre 1990 models. It would be appreciated if anyone can show me how the tool box rest in a post 1990 RT/RS model.

Really sorry I cannot help you, but I will say that my 1986 R80G/SPD had a similar setup, with a fuse panel in the same place. My plastic toolbox insert had a "nose" that projected into the rear of the main backbone tube, which served to support it in the front. The rear of the box was a bit different than your photo, too... it was more of a curved shelf that fit atop a subframe tube.

Today that area is occupied by a nitrogen canister for my rear shock. Parts Fiche image below for reference. I have so many old parts for so many bikes I've owned in the past. I will rummage around to see if the one I have/had turns up, and if so, take a pic for you.

1992 R100RS tool box pics

These are from my 1992 (monoshock) R100RS showing the tool box and the area where it sits. There is no rubber mount, the tool box sits level without it. The bike is stock
