I don't know that this hasn't been done, but usually the simplest answers are most likely to be correct. The larger question is, IF there were an MOA anniversary bike - would that prompt you to buy one when you wouldn't have otherwise?
The "special edition" bikes I've seen are typically different paint schemes and possibly additional options as standard, so don't really justify a big bump in price other then to make them somewhat aspirational. It would be hard for me to image what would justify a $5k bump in price. But, I guess anything is possible.Good point.
