Heated Grip Interchange K1-K75

You have a violet K bike! That is so cool. I hated that color when they came out, but now it is one of my favorites. All most as good as silver.

No. The flash distorted the color.

It's an '87 K75C in 618 Caribicblau Metallic. Caribbean Blue Metallic to us Yanks.

Thanks for the pics Lee. Your cap that fits over the reservoir fits better than mine.

Looks like I have received a mismatch of sorts. It's close but not as good as the fit on yours. :dunno

And you have the shaft of the mirror going through the hole in the guard ABOVE the brake lever perch?

Yep Lee just like yours. Mine wants to pull down lifting the cap up. Used black tape to cure that in the past. I just now put a washer under the shaft hole to lift and balance it more up. Also put a soft shim (piece of velcro) under the right side of the cap to further make it a straight fit like yours. I will also pick up 2 slightly bigger cap screws as mine have stripped the plastic and lost there bite. Few tweaks are making it a more secure and straight fit.

Thanks for the pics! :)

Nothing wrong with blue. I like blue, almost as much as you enjoy the color red.
My first motorcycle was a blue R60. The only reason that I don't own a blue K75 is because I found the silver one first.

If the camera flash distorted Caribbean Blue into Topaz Red Violet Metallic, I wonder
what the camera would do to the violet paint.
