Great Clearwater service

Have been using Clearwater lights for several years now ,on several bikes .
My latest set of Darlas are about 1 1/2 years old. Always been reliable .
While at MOA 50TH Rally , I noticed a problem with the Darlas. I had water inside one of the lights .
A quick trip to the rally service tent ,explained the problem. A tech to a look at the problem and noticed the lights wire casing was nick .
Although out of warranty because of the wire issue . They just replaced the light . No cost to me 👍🏻👍🏻😁
You got to love a company who makes great products and goes above and beyond …..

Clearwater has always offered great customer service. I've put them on three different bikes. Seriously well-engineered and well-packaged.
 
I’ve always had a similar experience. The service is why I keep going back. When I have failures from other brands, it’s a lot of hoops to get a resolution.
 
+1 worth every penny in my opinion! Have Darlas on both my bikes and they have been rock solid.
