Clearwater Darlas vs BMW OEM "Fogs"?

So from what ya'll have written, plus watching Glen's 2012 trade-show video on their website, I am guessing the Clearwater Darlas, et. al., throw more lumens for less current draw than the OEM "fog" lights that came on my '17 GSA?
