Last month the connectivity app has stopped showing the posted speed limit and now is locked at 48 mph. My iPhone is specific for my '21 R1250RT and I do wonder if I need to change to android, which apparently connects better over wifi. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Information in this thread may help you-

I will move this thread to Motorrad section later.
Good luck.

They supposedly just released the fix for KM/h bug yesterday. Update your app and try again. Mine is updated, but have not tried it out yet.

No update available in Google Play yet... :( Not that I have this issue. But there's another issue that I'm hoping gets resolved for me (using the app and cradle with a 2016 R.)

Pretty sure this particular BMW bonehead screw up only affected IOS.

Rode all day today- the speed zone icon is working correctly again on the iPhones. Wifi connection to display map performed mostly well today too. At first connect- It quit after a couple minutes, but managed to reconnect itself. The next disconnect that occurred was several hours later, so not going to find too much fault with that. Hell- my home wifi does that.
