This is the updated directions for the Charter Oak Rally. The flyer is right but this takes care of any confusion. Please use these! Attachment is the Rally flyer for sign up.
When: Friday May 23, 2014 12 noon to Sunday May 25 At a new rustic site, some lean-to's available 1st come 1st serve.
Camp Nahaco is located on the Woodstock/Eastford border.
From I-84
(From the south) Exit 73 CT-190 North to CT-171 East
(From the north) Exit 74 CT-171 East
Turn right onto CT-198
Follow Route 198 to center of Eastford. Turn Right onto Westford Road. Westford Rd. is across from Bowen Ford Dealer go past the Town Hall and the cemetery about 1/2 mile. Turn right onto Weeks Road, about 1.5 miles (last 200 feet is dirt) then to camp gate on your left.
From Rte. 44 and Rte. 198 go North into Eastford and go left on Westford Rd. .( Westford Rd. is across from Bowen Ford Dealer) go past the Town Hall and the cemetery about 1/2 mile. Turn right onto Weeks Road, about 1.5 miles (last 200 feet is dirt) then to camp gate on your left
If coming on Rte. 44 heading east from the intersection on Rte. 89 go approximately 2 miles and turn Left onto North Rd. (Hint the closest Liquor/Beer store Whitehorse) Go 1.1 miles and turn Right onto Floeting Rd.. You are now on Westford Rd. Turn left at 1.6 mile onto Weeks Rd. about 1.5 miles (last 200 feet is dirt) then to camp gate on your left

Registration: $35 preregistration (received prior to May 19), $40 at the Gate.
Children 6-15 $30 preregistration, $37 at the Gate. Children 5 and under FREE.
The rally includes:
Entertainment on Saturday night.
Meals included in the registration fee:

Friday night chili while it lasts

2 nights camping

East stay on for 11.8 miles, Turn Left on N Rd. Stay on this for about 1.1 miles, Take the 2nd right on
Floeting Rd., Continue onto Ashford Rd., Turn right on Westford Rd., Turn left on Weeks Rd., In about 1
mile look for Camp Nahaco entrance on left. The road changes to unpaved about 200' before the camp
entrance. (Map on our web site. GPS coordinates N41 55'06" W72 05' 26")
