Any "mechanics" in Northern CT?

Not sure if I posted this in the correct forum. I am looking for someone in the greater Hartford area who knows how to tinker with BMWs and would agree to show me how to correctly do a valve adjustment on a 2004 R1150RT. I'm not far from BDL Int'l Airport. Would compensate you for time/travel, etc.
