Advice for new K1600 owner

Hey gang. I just put a deposit down on a new K1600B. This is my first BMW Bike. Please share any recommendations for accessories, mods, or tips for this newbie (but experienced on other bikes).

I believe you will get a better response over on the K1600 forum website. More knowledge over there. Check out the search function will save a lot of time. Be forewarned some of the guys over there can be some what blunt. Good luck the big K is one heck of machine.

If you plan to keep it and/or put lots of miles on it buy an extended warranty.

Thanks. I ended up buying a ‘22 1250RT. Weather hasn’t been cooperating but the few miles so far have been a blast.
