ABS fluid change

Hi, when changing the brake fluid using a vacum pump is fluid from the ABS pump unit being drawn out to?If not how can I change that?

Thanks

As long as your not working on an EVO brake system, the fluid is continuous from the master cylinder to the caliper. Whether you use a vacuum pump, or just pump it through with the lever (which is how I do mine), you are changing the fluid throughout the system. There are bleeder screws on the servo unit, but you should only need to bleed there if you have introduced air into the system.
