Video : XM and AM Antenna Issue '23 RT

The XM antenna keeps losing the signal, and is pretty much useless as an option to enjoy. The AM is just as bad and doesn't pull in but one station in Pheonix area. For the price you pay to get this bike, it's unsatisfactory.

AM video is in the next reply.

XM can easily be corrected with a cheap eBay antenna...plug and play. It is a much easier path than getting BMW to fix it.

While my AM antenna also does not work adequately, I did discover the auto search function skips over stations that can be heard. Manual tuning may pull in more stations.

As I told my dealer, I plugged in a cheapo $5 rod antenna and AM radio stations come in clearly, so I know it's not the radio but the antenna that's the problem on the RT.
