Thanks. Zack W is my airmarshall and has been very helpful. I joined a while back and have mostly enjoyed the group.

Wow, she's a beaut! I am almost done with my barn-find R100RS, and honestly, I am already toying with the idea of changing to an "S"-style fairing. The RS fairing is so dang fiddly and then you have to remove the lowers to get to the oil filter, such a pain. I might hit you up for a how-to on the dash convserion.

The S fairing is much easier to install. At least compared the the RT, but I imagine the RS is similar there. Regarding the K75 bits, I was pretty frustrated with how vague Boxer2Valve was in their videos where they cover it, so I went a bit deep into trying to get it right.

Two of my posts cover this:

TLDR: I designed and had my own clamps made to allow the bosses for the K75 dash. The plans and step files are here: https://justabill.org/downloads/

They are 6160 Aluminum and I paid extra for a better finish, so a touch on the pricey side at ~$180, but now that they are on and I can get at the screws easily for adjustment, it was definitely worth it to me. If you are friends with anybody who has the CNC abilities, there's only about $30 of metal in these, so it might be worth calling in a favor. This phase of my project convinced me that a mill and lathe are in the future for my basement.

Anyway, I am happy to chat about it more if you want. Just let me know.

Thanks! That's a great idea. Regarding the fairing conversion, looks like nothing is usable from the RT original mountings, right? Did you buy the conversion kit / fairing?
