Trailer hitch mounting instructions?

I just bought a Reynolds 740 trailer hitch for the '85 K100RT. I see where the front plate attaches and where the rear bracket attaches (the bolt at the rear of the luggage rack). Two other brackets came in the package but I'm not sure where these attach.

Can anyone help?

There is a small tab on the inside of the hitch a little way back from the front plate. The two brackets go from that point to two of the centerstand bolts under the transmission. IIRC there are spacers, and longer bolts, that mount inside the recess' in the footpeg mount so the mount is not smashed up tight against the footpeg bracket.
