Tapatalk No Longer Working

Hi everyone.

I tried logging in to the forum through the Tapatalk App and it doesn’t appear to be working with BMWMOA. I’m able to post/read on other forums through the App, with exception of BMWMOA so it has me wondering does this forum no longer work with the Tapatalk platform? If so, is there another App available me that I can download that works with our forum?

The tapatalk feature was not installed with the transition to Xenforo. Xenforo is much more mobile friendly than vBulletin was. Maybe others have some thoughts as to other apps that might work in place of tapatalk.

Along with the information from Kurt, if you do a Google search of Tapatalk Security Issues, it will become clear as to why it was not integrated into the Xenforo forum upgrade.
From one of the many responses to Tapatalk Security Issues-
Is Tapatalk safe to use?

"Due to concerns about security and privacy from the company that created the app we think it's an absolute necessity to cease using it immediately." This also discontinues the Tapatalk tie in. BUT, if you have a mobile browser you can still use the forum.Mar 29, 2020 (not specifically related to the MOA forum).

Most, if not all, of the forums I frequent have discontinued allowing Tapatalk access. Some have mobile apps (like the Fora app for forums that are part of that system) but the mobile versions have improved are are pretty good. This forum does work well in a mobile browser, so I have "permanent" tabs for it and the other two forums I frequent the most on my phone.

Good suggestion Omega Man. I’ll just go that route and save a tab for MOA and just be done with it. On the plus side of things, by discontinuing Tapatalk, that’s one more App that I can now delete from my phone.

Yikes! Tapatalk is now deleted.

This site is xenforo so should have an adaptive style that adapts to different phones/tablets when you access it. Haven't used TT for many years.
