Suggested Day Rides around Moclips, WA

Hi, I'm brand new to MOA, but have been Riding my BMW K1600GTL for three years (30K miles). My wife has not ridden with me for more than about an hour. We are planning to ride to Moclips, WA and then make some little day trips to see how much riding she can take (not sure how the hip replacements will react).

If anyone out there is familiar with this area and has suggestions for a nice 3-6 hour loop route, I'd love to hear about it. We will certainly be going down the coast, but thought there might be some mountain routes or special sites that would be interesting as well.

I like what I've seen so far in MOA and expect that I'll be joining at the end of the trial period.

Appreciate any suggestions you all may have.

Knobbie.

Cape Flattery would be within your reach. Less than 150 miles each way. Lots of opportunities to get off and walk the beach along the way. And the traffic should be really light.

PS..I live up in the north end if you want to ride sometime.

Chris

Thanks Chris. I'll look into that right now. Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Been Pretty hectic.

Thanks again and if I get up that way I'll give you a shout.
