sportland motorsports in urbana illinois is now doing service on bmw . central illinois sure needed that since twin city shut down last spring.

That's good news. Are they selling new ones yet? I don't want to buy one (yet), but it would be nice to fondle one when I am in Urbana. Another reason to go to Urbana is the sculptue garden on the south side. It has the BEST nude scupture in the world. Fondling that may get you arested.

In an effort to inform my fellow central Illinois riders, I stopped by Sportland in Urbana today and they should be handling new BMWs by the the first of the year.
This gave me no time for going to the sculpture garden and seeing that great nude sculpture, but I don't mind as long as it is for the good of my "people".

As of Jan. 29 he was still not set up as a dealer. He thought that he should be going by March.

If you go to Urbana and he is not set up, you can always go to the sculpture garden on the southside. Here is on of my favorites.

They are starting to get some bikes. They have a truck load of parts. Sounds like they still have to set up the show room and then have it blessed.

That's great news for me because I often ride to Gibson City/Champaign going down I-55 to Rt47 and then over to Gibson City. I've often wondered what I would do if I broke down out there because there are no BMW dealers even close.
