R850R Interchange Help

Hey all. Does anyone know if 1997 GS 1100 wheels will work on a 1997 R850r? I want to build a GS out of mine...maybe.

Yes

I have a '96 R 850R out in my shop that I swapped out GS suspension, wheels, foot pegs, center & side stand and a few other items. It has a GS top clamp, handle bars and a few bits from the tail end.
