question about @bmwmoa on twitter

I'm the webmaster for the BMWMOGA chartered group, and today set up a feed from certain areas of our club forums to our twitter account. In that process I had a look at the @BMWMOA account on twitter and the informative tweeting y'all are doing. I notice the tweets are coming from the web... are you doing this manually or do you have a tool or an automated process tweeting content sourced from elsewhere on your site? If you're using a tool or automation, would you be willing to share with me what you're doing?

I couldn't find a tweet with both hands, but, I do know that Vince Winkel, Media Guru, knows how it works. Perhaps a call to him would produce the information you desire.
