The road failure around Roanoke was a bad one- but they have opened big chunks of it. The last 2 closed off sections are currently reflecting a 5/29 opening, and my impression is that there is a fairly high confidence in that date. This was a delay- but not bad. The original planned opening was end of April. Kind of a big deal to folks in that area. There's not too many places where the BRP is a legit shortcut to get anywhere- but that is definitely the case in Roanoke.
