Pinlock separation in my Schuberth E2

The pinlock seems to have shrunk! form the posts on each side of the clear visor, I've never seen this before, Has anyone else seen this? Definitely bring this up at the rally with Schuberth

Possibly the wrong pinlock model? I think they are made for various makes and models of helmets.

The pinlock retaining pins are eccentric and rotatable, to allow for adjustment. Perhaps the pins have been rotated so the eccentric lobes are outward, loosening the tension or fit of the pinlock insert?

^ THIS! I had this happen to my Shoei and it was an easy fix.
