Parking at Motels/Hotels

Who was parked there to the right when he left the bike? Could be the hotel van was there and that's where they said to leave it.

I think ?? I have shared this here before...

A rider at a grocery store parked inside the cart coral..Long story short...he challenged the officer that arrived. The rider left handcuffed in the back seat of the Ford....his ride on the roll-back.

Some people just believe it's all about them...and they seem to never learn.

LOL. :dance

OK - first, the obligatory 'Liberal Disclaimer:' Police are not above the law, should never abuse their statutory authority, have 'some rotten apples' in the bushel, have a small percentage that behave badly, as if on some arrogant ego trip, etc., etc., etc.

But there was always a certain justice on the job when you had to deal with people who were convinced they knew more about the law than the guys/gals with years of training and years of experience. And since we dealt with the practical application of law, obnoxious attorneys (did I just repeat myself?!) were a bonus, as they were book-smart but street-ignorant, and on rare occasions, found themselves in the back of a squad to boot, and never impressed the Judge at their initial appearance.

Bad cops? Yup - there are some. Obnoxious attorneys? On occasion, though I truly respect the profession. Laymen who think they know the laws? A dime a dozen. Kept the career interesting.

Ahh, but back to the evidence presented in this thread. May have parked there with site permission (bad call by the desk clerk) - may have parked there independently (selfish behavior). Don't know - don't care. The discussion this has generated has had some positive insights, some rather-stretched rationalizations and some surprising conclusions.

Thanks for posting! :wave
