oil leaking from valve cover

hello all. apologies in advance for not finding the appropriate thread on the forum -

I have a 2010 R1200 RT

There is a small oil leak at the bottom front corner of the valve cover.

The gasket is new and the 2 x shoulder bolts are torqued at 9nm or 88ip

The leak is small but persistent. Located just under the location of the support block at the front bottom of the valve cover.

Any suggestions ?
thx
tim

Take off the cover, remove the gasket, clean mating metal surface's and clean the gasket, reinstall. Re evaluate. The rubber may have gotten turned when last installed.

Positioning of the valve cover and gasket is crucial. If I do a tip-over in the garage and land on the valve cover, it will slide just enough to cause oil to leak. Once I lift it back up the valve cover will slide back into place and the oil stops.
