Motorcycle "All Season" Tire

Anyone have a recommendation on the best tire for an RT that spends a lot of the time on dirt roads and wet roads of poor quality? I'm looking for the motorcycle equivalent of the all season tire for a car. Not sure what is out there that will fit an RT. I'm willing to give up a little grip on the rarely seen dry smooth road.

I too have been looking for a good road/trail tire to use on my 05-RT. Unfortunately, none that I've seen to date are suitable for use with the RT's 5.5-inch rear wheel. And I haven't seen any 17-inch front tires of this type. If anyone knows of a road/trail tire available in 170mm or greater width for the rear, I'd love to hear about it.

I tried a 160mm X 17 Metzeler 880 made for a K12LT on my bike once. Believe me, you won't like what a 5.5-inch wide wheel does to the tread profile of 160mm tire.

Great Tires... Alas Too Small

Yup,

Pirelli Scorpion Trail, Continental Trail Attack and Michelin Anakee.... none seem to be made in the 120/70 x 17 and 180/55 x 17 sizes required for the RT.
