I'll second the Motoport mesh pants and jacket. I got the Motoport gear to use in the summer, as my Klim Kodiak gear, despite the plentiful vents was akin to wearing a plastic bag in the southern heat/humidity. As it has turned out, the Motoport with one or both the optional zip in liners is way better in the winter cold too. The Klim would wick all the heat out my body no matter what I wore under the gear. I would have needed heated liners had I stuck with the Klim. I can get by with just a t-shirt under the Motoport in the coldest temps I've ridden and I'm plenty warm.If you want something that zips up like Aerostich and custom made, try Motoport. I have a pair of their mesh paints. I also have their mesh jacket that zips to the pants to make it like suit, if I want. They're definitely not the cheapest, but they make a good product and they last. My pants are about 15 years old and are still in good condition.
