I bought 36" wire ties from Lowes
The first one goes around the top of the battery just under the hooks on the battery carrier, The photo doesn't show it so well.

The second goes around the base of the battery threaded thru the batter carrier,

The third goes around the top and helps to tighten #1 and #2. Note that you can see the adapters I bought. 2'" copper fitting from HW store. Cut flatened out. Clamped to 2x4 drilled and bent at 90 degrees.

That makes for a nice neat install. How does the toolbox fit over top of that battery?
My Westco is a bit taller than the original one and pushes the toolbox up a bit. But the seat pushes it all together and seems to make it all seal tighter. Never get any water in the toolbox.
