Just joined MOA a few moments ago.. I have never owned a motorcycle before, yet i got myself into a 1978 R100/7 with an URAL side car project.
Been working on it for 2 months now, and can't really wait to complete it [or at least to have it working]
I will be starting a thread of the build, and will post the link below. (if you are reading this and the thread is up, feel free to drop by and share your thoughts, and or advise, which i would really appreciate..)
Just a few insights into the build:
resto-mod cafe style R100/7
Lots of fun, time consuming research, and specially unexpected cash outflow....
But, here we are.. Im hoping to get some insight and advise, from your prior experiences; if you have attempted such a build. The trial and error tend to be expensive and extremely time consuming (talk about gas tank sealants)
