I thought everything we needed to know about coolant change was here!
https://forums.bmwmoa.org/showthread.php?104878-Coolant-change
I now have a 2014 RT, there’s no record of a coolant ever being changed however, level is right on and coolant reads good to -40F.
Never heard of it but looked it up. Pretty interesting concept. But a gallon of BMW from a car dealer is a lot cheaper.Check out Evans Waterless Coolant if you never want to change coolant again. I have a Suzuki VX800, which is air/liquid cooled. I installed Evans about 10 years ago. I have not put it into my BMW because I have (sadly) opted to just take it to the dealer every year, do what they say, and give them money. Never the less - I highly recommend Evans - along with Jay Leno.
