BMW CD Manual No Longer Loading

I have the OEM CD manual for my 2014 RT. It worked fine in Windows 10. Now that I upgraded to Windows 11 it won't load. Can read the disc in Explorer fine. Tried copying the whole disc to my SSD no luck. Also tried running in compatibility mode.

I did. No luck.

One more reason why I don’t upgrade OS on my PCs until absolutely necessary.

Me again, all set, thought it might be one of the new security features of Windows 11. Turned out to be old eyes, that B was really an 8!!!!
