The Connected Ride App just is not doing it for me, never did.
I have heard good things about Carpuride.
Has anyone installed a Carpuride 702 on a 1250 RT?
What's your experience with the unit and was it a straight forward installation?
Thanks for any replies.
Pics of your installation would be appreciated.

2nd for Chigee - works with the wonderwheel and love the android auto/apple car play.

Carpuride 703 here on my GS. Currently loving it. Had it about two months or so? I run Waze and Apple Music on it.

Would buy again.

LOL, thanks!

But if you still know nothing, I've failed miserably... :ROFLMAO:
Around here, for me, trying to operate a GPS or related device is akin to a death wish. Not that I'm unfamiliar with GPS, as I have three. The traffic and vehicle operation is kinda like a "Mad Max" kinda deal. I'm not even sure how many vehicles can go through a RED light- currently.
Those with a more even paced, wide open travel have an advantage. :dunno
OM
BTW- Chigee reminds me of pesky bugs from down south. :)

I've got a Carpuride 502 on my GS. I use it mostly for Navigation. Fuel Gauge doesn't work (that's a known issue). The water temp indicator is always at the highest level. Lean angle indicator doesn't work either. I'm going to send them an email asking for a software update. Hopefully that fixes a few bugs.
Would I buy it again? Probably not!

The Carpuride is incomplete software. Screen is nice, but interface to WW is kludgey and not intuitive. Constant problems losing Bluetooth connectivity. Bike screens are not needed if you have a TFT, but they are not the answer if you have analog guages and are wanting the info, as half of it doesn't work. Cheap Chinese junk IMHO. The Chigee is a more complete product with the exception of WW integration. Never issues losing connection, it just works.
