Brake Pad Recommendations?

I need to replace the front brake pads on my R1100R (non-ABS). Any thoughts, comments, or alternate suggestions for OEM brake pads? I'm not looking for the cheapest replacements but seeking input on differences between different brands.

I bought this bike used last spring so I don't know what kind of pads are currently on it or how long they lasted.

Thanks,

Marty

Loved the EBC pads on my K1100RS. One note of warning, the EBC book as well as many others call for the FA171 size for the K11RS for the rear - the correct size for many/most is the FA18. Looks like the rear size for the R1100R is the FA245 so it is probably not an issue (looks like the front is FA246.) Make sure to hold the old pads back-to-back to the replacements to ensure the sizing is correct.

Like Ted, I was very happy with EBC pads on my K75RT. I used the HH sintered pads on the front and the GG Kevlar on the rear. They had good feel and lasted forever.
