BMW MOA Anonymous book in app form

In the App you can click on the phone icon to call a person.
That works but when I click on the Text icon it brings up my land line instead of my cell.
I have both my land line and cell listed in my Anonymous information. Does this icon work for anyone?

I was thinking the contact info would be updated four times a year but that may not be correct if your information is not showing.
If you go to the BMWMOA.org site, then click on Profile you should be able to see if your information is showing for the Anonymous Book and App.
There's a refresh button on the App that lets you update the App info whenever you want. Doing this before a trip would be a good idea.

User error. I would have thought that it would have downloaded with the most recent information, but that's not the case. I "refreshed data" and my info showed up.

Yes, works for me so long as I am on a device that has messaging enabled and am reaching out to a number that is capable of receiving SMS text messages. I haven’t tried it to a known landline but that would be expected to fail or simply not engage. I do not have a landline so only my cell info is in Anon book/app.

Best,
DeVern

When I select the Text icon it brings up my land line number, but when I sent a text just now it went to my cell.
Looks like it works :)
