Back rest for passenger

Mama wants a backrest on our 96 R1100 RS.
I’ve spent days searching the internet with no luck.
I’d even consider adding a rack and a tail trunk if necessary... but I guy I know saw (years ago) a back rest on an RS somehow just part of the rear grab handle. I can’t find that part.
Help!

Unfortunately there is not many accessories being made for these bikes today. Your best bet troll eBay wait for something to pop up, buy a new or use seat with back rest, or but Givi rack and box. I am sure others with be alone soon with suggestions.

I'm not even sure if they re still made, but I have a Corbin Rumble seat on my 94 RS. I had a new one on a Kaw Concours that cost around $500, but I found the one on the RS at a dealer "garage" sale for something like $75. Just got lucky. Maybe ebay or searchtempest might find one somewhere. If you've never seen one, the Rumble seat resembles a solo seat rear cowl when down but flips up to provide a passenger back rest when needed.
