2007 F650GS Valve adjustment

I have a 2007 F650GS (12K). I am replacing valve shims and need to know the torque rating for the exhaust cam sprocket to camshaft T50 screw. I do not see the torque spec anywhere in the manual. Also, is locktite required on this screw?

I probably wasn't supposed to remove this screw, but I could not lift the camshafts without doing so. I was surprised to find all four valves out of spec at the 12K inspection.

Just for information (should be intake .1 to .15, exhaust .25 to.3)
Intake left go .152, nogo .178 mm
Intake right go .076, nogo .102 mm
Exhaust left go .305, nogo .330 mm
Exhaust right go .330, nogo .356 mm

This job was so much easier on my K75.

I would probably just fix the intake right.

M10 X 30, lubricate with engine oil, 60Nm

All I know is that it doesn't have the "proper" number of cylinders (which is three).
