2005 K1200LT DICE I-Pod connection

Riders,
I just purchased a Dice I-Pod interface to replace my rear pannier CD changer and free up some room. Bought it from a fellow MOA member. The problem is the device has a 10 pin female plug and when I removed my changer I found 2 separate connectors. One is a 6 pin female connector and the other is a 3 pin female connector. The instruction sent to me with the device state it is for a 2005 K1200LT? Any ideas on what if anything I can do to make this setup work?
