Old age does things like this. I am surprised the bike ran last season with so much messed up in the carbs. St.
 
I'm equally surprised. It's weird how things like this will happen while just sitting. Thanks everyone for your help. Don't ask me what what I was thinking or saw but the idle mixture screw was right where it was supposed to be when I looked this morning LOL. Duh!

When I worked at a BMW dealership around 1991, the lead mechanic's favorite song was "Dyna won't you blow, Dyna won't you blow..."
