    I haven't seen this in a while but I would like to carry an emergency jumper in case the side stand switch get hit by a rock etc. Anyone know how to make thus

    Engine dying when side stand raised.

    Engine dying when I raise the side stand, unless I increase RPM. Once up runs fine. Anyone else experience similar problems? I have had a kickstand fail and the engine not run when you let out the clutch with the kickstand up. The is intermittent. R1200CLC Thank you,

    F650GS (K72) Side stand switch

    Our 2011 F650GS will not start while in gear with the clutch pulled in and kick stand up.
