The orange turn indicators on the back of my R90/6 are "wobbly". Does anyone know how to tighten them up without snapping them off?

Fellow Airheads! I am really proud of my recent efforts in removing the OEM side stand from my '76 R90/6 and replacing it with a Brown side stand. All's good so far....the rub is that in removing the stock stand, I had to, of course, push the front through bolt in enough to remove the stand...
