How often are Tech Days Held? Annually. Is in practice a 3 day event with those coming long distance tent camping, RV or sleeping wherever we can find room in the shop and house. Have held a few "mini" tech days to finish larger projects.

Where are they held (dealer shop, members home, other)? In our home shop.

What type of work is done (fluids, valves, tires, etc)? Mostly routine maintenance, but some major repair work, typically on an Airhead. Bikes have ended up spending 2-3 years in the shop.

Other activities (tutorials, lectures, demos, vendors)? No.

Average attendance? 60-70 during good weather, with 12-15 people sleeping on the property. 20-30 in bad weather (cool and rainey)

Attendance; club members only or open to non members. Other brands welcome? Open to anyone and any brand but overwhelmingly BMW owners attend.

Incentives; is food served? Are there door prizes? Those staying on the property get two breakfasts, one lunch and two dinners, one of which is a BBQ for all attendees. A member who is a rancher provides beef and the club pays for other food prepared byAnnie

How often are Tech Days Held? Twice a year, spring and fall

Where are they held (dealer shop, members home, other)? At member home, usually mine, tho we did have one wintertime carry-in Tech Day on a Sunday at an independent BMW service shop in SLC. Unfortunately, heavy snow killed attendance.

What type of work is done (fluids, valves, tires, etc)? Engine tuning, bearing service/replacement on swingarms or forks, charging and ignition system repair, pushrod seals, rear main seals and clutches, cam chain and sprocket replacement, etc.

Other activities (tutorials, lectures, demos, vendors)? None so far but would really like to see it happen

Average attendance? 12-15 people

Attendance; club members only or open to non members. Other brands welcome? Anyone is welcome to attend and kibbutz, but service work is usually limited to present or prospective ABC members due to limits on space and having only two lifts available.

Incentives; is food served? Are there door prizes? Coffee/donuts in the morning, a sit-down hot lunch is served. No door prizes as of yet.

Best,
