Wunderlich Seat Height Adjustment Set

Many riders find when going to a Russell Day-Long Saddle they've lost leg length.

Every RDL saddle Wanda and I have put on our various bikes have had that affect on me.

Setting the suspension of our 2019 K1600GT Sport to 1 up with bags vs. 2 up with bags helped by lowering the bike about an inch with no detriment to handling.

Still I found myself struggling to flat foot our K16 when stopped.

When surfing a Wunderlich ad Wanda noticed seat height adjustment pieces for the K1600s. They are replacement rubber bumpers for the front seat where it meets the gas tank.

The holes in the Wunderlich bumpers are offset and lowered the front our a K1600's seat by about 1/3 to 1/2 inch.

Though seemingly a small amount, it makes a real difference when stopped with me all the way forward on the seat.

Note they can also be rotated so that they add about 1/3 to 1/2 inch in seat height.

At $53 a set they were worth it. www.wunderlichamerica.com

Did you know that the pegs the front of the seat slides into are adjustable up or down?
You just flip it over to lower it.

Yes, it is marked L and H with the seat in the lowest position when the L is showing.

I have had the seat adjustment in the L position since day one.
