MOA Roadside assistance. Anyone use it?

I had the MOA roadside assistance at one time. Had a break down about 30 miles outside of a major city in Texas, so I called the hotline. It was answered by a help desk in Mumbai, India. The girl had no idea how to find any local assistance but after about 15 minutes on hold she gave me a claim number and told me good luck. After about two hours of phone calls and stopping at various businesses to ask for towing service I finally found a tow service. I was eventually reimbursed for my expenses, but it was a frustrating experience at the time. I've never renewed coverage and never will use the MOA service again.

Hmm. When I first got the service 6 years ago I did a test call. Picked up the first call very informative and helpful. Maybe I should call again. When did this bad service occur recently, or a long time ago?
